Valentine’s Day Dinner Recipes

Plan the perfect meal to share with your sweetheart! These are a few of my favorite Valentine’s Day dinner ideas (that would be good for any special occasion!)

Heart Shaped Tortilla Chips – Start the meal with a special appetizer…heart shaped chips! They bake up in 5 minutes in an air fryer (or you can use a regular oven).

Foil Pack Salmon — Create a seafood dinner with this flavorful baked salmon. An easy way to cook salmon so it’s perfectly moist and flaky every time. Bonus: you can cook veggies right in the foil with the salmon…we used green beans and bell peppers. Plus, this is a one pan meal and clean up is a breeze!

Chimichurri Steak Salad — Steak is one of the most popular Valentine’s meals, but why have a plain piece of meat?!Our chimichurri steak salad is inspired by the “farmer’s plates” you’ll often find at South American restaurants – hearty platters of meat, rice, eggs, and more. We served our steak with fresh spinach, avocado, pickled onions, and from scratch chimmichuri sauce.
